Kanban Management Professional training program with HERE Technologies

In November we started Kanban Management Professional training program with HERE Technologies.

Here Technologies is a company that provides mapping and location data and related services to individuals and companies. It is majority-owned by a consortium of German automotive companies, whilst other companies also own minority stakes.

Kanban Management Professional training consists of 2 sub training program. The first training program’s name is KMP-1. In order to apply Agility, in that training program, we studied about basics of the Kanban Method and STATIK (System Thinking Approach To Introducing Kanban) approach.

Kanban Management Professional training is understanding how to approach the problem. In order to start transforming an organization, first, we have to diagnose the problem and then apply the treatment. At that stage, STATIK is a very valuable approach.

Metrics are valuable feedbacks from our system. In that training program, we worked on how to generate those metrics and how to read those metrics.

STATIK Sessions

In KMP-2 program is about scaling the Kanban Method, building feedback loops and improving flow to our organization.
